Cancellation Policy
Orders placed with 5 Rivers Defense may be cancelled prior to shipping. All Firearms cancelled before shipping would be charged a 15% restocking fee. CUSTOMERS FURTHER AUTHORIZE AND CONSENTS TO 5 Rivers Defense CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER. Call 5 Rivers Defense customer service to cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, the order may not be cancelled. Please note that the return of the package will be made at the customer’s expense. Cancelled orders may not be reversed. ALL cancellations are final. All sales on gift cards are final and cannot be refunded.
Returns
All sales are FINAL. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT accepted. If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment, the customer must contact customer services directly for replacement or repair. 5 Rivers Defense will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or unreasonable use. 5 Rivers Defense charges a restocking fee and an amount equal to shipping cost for any final cancelled orders. By placing an order with 5 Rivers Defense, the customer agrees to pay all restocking fees and shipping fees. CUSTOMERS FURTHER AUTHORIZE AND CONSENTS TO 5 Rivers Defense CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER. 5 Rivers Defense has the right to dispute any bank or credit card charge backs. 5 Rivers Defense reserves the right to refuse future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card charge back following shipment.
If the purchased item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund or replacement, the customer may return the item(s) to 5 Rivers Defense WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item. If a defect in an optic is discovered by the customer, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.

A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation.
